📋 Description

  • Engage buyers and sellers via chat, email, phone, and social to resolve disputes.
  • Mediate between customers to find win-win solutions quickly and fairly.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Handle multi-channel inquiries and ensure accurate, timely responses.
  • Provide delightful service to help customers return to the platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • Japanese and English professional speaking and writing skills.
  • 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
  • Willing to commute to Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week.
