🎯 Requirements
- Japanese and English professional speaking and writing skills.
- 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
- Strong communication and analytical thinking abilities.
- Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
- Willing to commute to Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week.
- Available to work 40 hours per week.
