  • 1 to 4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
  • Professional Dutch and English speaking/writing.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Able to switch between phone, email, chat and social.
  • Willing to commute to Lisbon, on-site 2 days/week.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week.
