- 5–10 years’ experience in jewellery/diamonds market
- Knowledge of market prices and jewellery market dynamics
- Experience in gemmological authentication tests
- Project management with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
- Fluent English; Italian is a plus
