Assist with cataloguing and researching European Old Master paintings.
Research and catalogue objects to the highest standard under deadlines.
Correspond with external experts and follow up on inquiries.
Write condition reports for lots on offer.
Support sale production: cataloguing, digital catalogues, and marketing content.
Provide front desk client service and handle inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required; Art History preferred.
Strong experience in Old Masters; ideally in auctions.
Excellent research, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a high-pressure env.
Excellent client service and relationship management.
Knowledge of at least one other European language.
