Catalog Operations Analyst II

📋 Description

• Own data quality for Health & Meals; set accuracy/coverage goals.
• Design, test, and deploy LLM pipelines with QA.
• Develop SQL analyses to monitor catalog health and impact.
• Refine taxonomies/definitions; author SOPs and QA guidelines.
• Manage vendor/data partner operations; set SLAs and QA workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, DS, and XFN to scope experiments and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in catalog/content operations, data operations, or data quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or equivalent.
• SQL (joins, aggregations, window) and Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt design; evaluation.
• Experience defining data quality metrics and root cause analyses.
• Experience with external vendors/BPOs; SOPs and SLAs.
