- Accurately and timely apply customer payments (EFT, checks, ACH, etc.)
- Perform regular account reconciliations between systems
- Investigate and resolve payment, invoice, or misapplied funds discrepancies
- Review team members’ work as a first-level quality check
- Document procedures and suggest improvements to efficiency and compliance
- Act as primary contact for Cash Application in collaboration with AR
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
- 2–3 years in Cash Applications or related AR roles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, SaaSAnt, Excel, Dropbox, and Slack
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve issues independently
- High attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
