Conduct nursing assessments and participate in IDT to develop care plans
Deliver and document nursing interventions per care plans, including meds
Collaborate with the IDT and communicate with participants' families to revise care plans
Instruct participants, families, and caregivers on disease, self-care, and prevention

🎯 Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
Unencumbered California RN license
Current BLS/First Aid certification required
Two years nursing experience with frail/elderly population preferred
Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; maintain certification
