Conduct nursing assessments to determine needs and participate in IDT to develop care plans
Deliver and document nursing interventions; maintain safety and med administration
Collaborate with IDT; communicate with families to revise plans
Instruct participants and caregivers on disease, self-care, and prevention

🎯 Requirements

Nursing degree required; BSN preferred
Unencumbered California RN License
BLS/First Aid Certification required
2 years nursing experience with frail/elderly population preferred
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; hire preferred
