- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Engineering, or technical field preferred.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and inspection methods.
- Strong root cause analysis skills and problem solving.
- Self-starter who can work independently and drive actions to completion.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
