Role Purpose:
This role works within our Treasury team, specifically day-to-day Treasury transactions and Bank reporting & administration.
Reporting to: Senior Treasury Manager
Main accountabilities and key tasks: Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.Assist in compiling the weekly FX exposure position.Maintain and update banking mandate records and electronic banking user access.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve day-to-day operational queries.Perform month-end reconciliations of interest income/expense and bank fees.Produce and distribute weekly Treasury KPIs.Support the Senior Treasury Manager with day-to-day Treasury activities, including payment processing, FX deals, funding, and investments.Maintain and own payments logs, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.Monitor the Treasury mailbox to ensure all emails are actioned within agreed timeframes.Assist with periodic reviews and information requests from acquirers.Support the Treasury Manager in identifying and evaluating FX solutions to meet the needs of the business. Knowledge and Experience: Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).1–3 years of experience in a Treasury, Finance, or Accounting role.Experience in a corporate treasury or finance environment, preferably within a multi-entity or multinational organisation.Hands-on experience with reconciliations, payments processing, and cash management activities.Familiarity with FX transactions, cash flow forecasting, and/or exposure reporting is an advantage.Experience working with banking platforms, ERP systems, and/or treasury management systems.Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, AP, AR) and external partners (e.g. banks, payment providers).Strong Excel skills and comfort working with high volumes of transactional data.Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Takes responsibility for assigned tasks (e.g. payment logs, reconciliations, mailbox management) and follows through to completion.
