Role Purpose:

This role works within our Treasury team, specifically day-to-day Treasury transactions and Bank reporting & administration.

Reporting to: Senior Treasury Manager

Main accountabilities and key tasks:

  • Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Assist in compiling the weekly FX exposure position.
  • Maintain and update banking mandate records and electronic banking user access.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve day-to-day operational queries.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations of interest income/expense and bank fees.
  • Produce and distribute weekly Treasury KPIs.
  • Support the Senior Treasury Manager with day-to-day Treasury activities, including payment processing, FX deals, funding, and investments.
  • Maintain and own payments logs, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor the Treasury mailbox to ensure all emails are actioned within agreed timeframes.
  • Assist with periodic reviews and information requests from acquirers.
  • Support the Treasury Manager in identifying and evaluating FX solutions to meet the needs of the business.
  • Knowledge and Experience:

  • Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Treasury, Finance, or Accounting role.
  • Experience in a corporate treasury or finance environment, preferably within a multi-entity or multinational organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliations, payments processing, and cash management activities.
  • Familiarity with FX transactions, cash flow forecasting, and/or exposure reporting is an advantage.
  • Experience working with banking platforms, ERP systems, and/or treasury management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, AP, AR) and external partners (e.g. banks, payment providers).
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with high volumes of transactional data.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Takes responsibility for assigned tasks (e.g. payment logs, reconciliations, mailbox management) and follows through to completion.
