You’ll join our People Platform team as the People Analytics Manager at the heart of this effort, turning people data into narratives that drive the business forward and set the standard for how analytics shapes the future of work at Carta. Reporting to the Director of People Platform, you will modernize the People Analytics practice by building the frameworks, tools, and methods that move us beyond reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the People team and the broader business to deliver data-driven narratives that surface risks, highlight opportunities, and guide people investments.

SalaryCarta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $170,000 - $200,000 in New York
