Role overview

Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) in Berlin, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, manage the candidate experience, and optimize our recruitment processes within our Greenhouse ATS. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building a high-caliber team in the automotive space.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across engineering, product, operations, marketing, and other functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and offers.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent (including passive candidates).
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring timely feedback and strong employer branding.
• Leverage Greenhouse (or similar ATS) to track metrics, manage pipelines, and optimize interview processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
• Represent CarOnSale at events and campus programs as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in automotive, mobility, or tech sectors.
• Proven ability to attract and hire top talent in a competitive market.
• Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills; fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a modern ATS; data-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
