Job Description
CarOnSale is seeking a Sales Manager for Westdeutschland (m/w/d) to drive growth for our car marketplace platform. This full-time role is based in Frankfurt, Germany. The Sales Manager will identify and close new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand CarOnSale's presence in the German automotive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for West Germany
- Acquire and manage automotive partnerships and key accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey
- Forecast sales, monitor metrics, and report on performance
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in automotive or marketplace businesses
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- German language proficiency is a plus; English proficiency required
