Regional Manager - Westdeutschland (m/w/d) at CarOnSale
CarOnSale is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our West Germany operations (Köln/Bonn). In this role you will build and manage a high-performing regional team, establish partner relationships with dealers, drive revenue growth, and execute the regional go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience and achieve quarterly targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional sales and operations team across West Germany (Köln/Bonn).
- Define and implement regional go-to-market plans, sales targets, and budgets.
- Establish and manage relationships with car dealers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report results to headquarters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and customer experience.
- Travel within the region as needed to support partners and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in regional management, ideally in automotive, mobility, or e-commerce.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in German; English a plus.
- Ability to build and scale a regional team and operate independently.
- Willingness to travel within West Germany.
