Job Overview
CarOnSale, a Berlin-based company focused on making car transactions simpler and more transparent, is seeking a Manager:in Sales Enablement to lead our sales enablement program. This on-site role will drive the strategy, creation of training materials, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve win rates and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales enablement programs, onboarding, training materials, playbooks, and content (email templates, call scripts, product demos).
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure consistent messaging and processes.
- Analyze performance metrics, define success KPIs, and report ROI.
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Champion best practices for sales coaching and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and content management platforms.
- Data-driven with ability to derive insights and drive decisions.
