Role Overview

As a Junior CRM Manager:in, you will assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns, manage customer segmentation, and support data-driven decisions to improve engagement and retention. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to optimize the customer journey.

Your Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across email, in-app, and other channels.
Maintain customer segmentation and lists within our CRM system.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with the Marketing team.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
Support data hygiene, privacy, and compliance in CRM activities.

Requirements

1-2+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively.
