CarOnSale is looking for an Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Berlin, Germany. This role leads the inside sales function and drives revenue growth through a data-driven, customer-focused approach.
Job Overview
The Inside Sales Manager will build and manage a high-performing inside sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to optimize the buyer journey. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on achieving and surpassing revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage the inside sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, forecast revenue accurately, and report key KPIs to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the end-to-end sales process.
- Conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and close new business with B2B customers.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and a customer-centric approach to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B, or SaaS sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- German language proficiency required; ability to operate effectively in a German market.
- On-site availability in Berlin and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
