Overview

Caring.com is seeking an In-Home Care Account Manager to coordinate and manage relationships with families and caregivers, delivering high-quality, compassionate home care services remotely across the United States. This role acts as the primary contact for clients, manages onboarding, schedule coordination, and collaborates with caregivers to meet care goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and caregiver relationships remotely
• Onboard new families and assess care needs
• Coordinate scheduling, care plans, and communications
• Monitor service quality and address client concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the Caring.com platform experience
• Track client metrics and contribute to service improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, account management, or client services
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of home health regulations and safety practices
• Proficiency with standard business software
