Overview
Caring.com is seeking a Director, Brand & Content to lead brand strategy, messaging and content initiatives across channels. This role will own the brand voice, editorial strategy and content experiences that educate and engage caregivers and families.
Responsibilities
- Define and steward the brand voice and messaging architecture across web, social, email, video and campaigns.
- Develop and oversee the editorial calendar, content production, editing and governance.
- Lead a high-performing content team, managing budgets, timelines and partnerships with internal teams and external creators.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Growth to align content with business goals, SEO and user needs.
- Measure content impact with key metrics, optimize ROI, and report on performance.
- Ensure accessibility, compliance and brand consistency across all content.
- Mentor and develop talent, building a culture of storytelling and impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years in brand and content strategy or marketing leadership roles.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and scalable content operations.
- Strong experience with SEO, content marketing, analytics and editorial processes.
- Track record of leading teams, managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree; equivalent professional experience; healthcare or consumer internet experience preferred.
