📋 Description

• Primary driver of loan document completion; assist with POA and stipulation.
• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and email.
• Oversee Loan Advisor requests on contract signing.
• Primary post-sale contact until all documents signed; escalate issues as needed.
• Explain POA documents and steps for completion.
• Validate customer information to ensure loan accuracy; Denver-based or remote.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a high-volume, customer-facing role.
• Strong computer literacy; adept with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work from a quiet remote home office; privacy of info.
• Strong communication skills for explaining stipulation requirements.
