Loan Administration Specialist at Caribou Financial
Caribou Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Administration Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this full-time role, you will support daily loan operations, ensure accurate processing of loan documents, and maintain borrower records in our systems.
What you will do
- Process and review loan documents and disclosures
- Maintain accurate borrower and loan data in internal systems
- Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure timely closings
- Monitor deadlines and respond to inquiries from borrowers and partners
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of loan files
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized file systems and documentation
What we look for
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry
- Experience with loan documentation, regulatory compliance, or financial operations is a plus
