🎯 Requirements
- 6–10+ years of program management in tech
- Strong experience leading cross-functional programs across Product, Eng, QA, and Ops
- Deep SDLC knowledge and delivery practices including Agile, CI/CD, release planning
- Proven track record rolling out new capabilities with operational readiness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- PMP/PgMP/Scrum Master certs a plus
