What We’re Looking For

• Drayage/Intermodal Experience (Required): Prior hands-on knowledge in container drayage, intermodal operations, or trucking is critical.

• Location Requirement: Roles will be in-office only. Candidates must live near one of our offices in San Francisco, Long Beach, or Chicago to be considered.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trucking, ports, terminals, container yards, and carrier/shipper relationships.

• Problem Solving: Ability to manage day-to-day challenges in fast-paced logistics operations.

• Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
