Follow a nurse-approved plan of care to provide personal care and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care).
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making to support the home.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding for daily nutrition.
Support range of motion, mobility, and transfers (using devices as needed).
Remind patients to take medications and report changes.

Prior home health or patient care experience welcomed, but training provided.

Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
