📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by an RN to provide personal care and companionship.
• Provide ADLs and household support to help adults stay safe and independent.
• Meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Range of motion exercises and ambulation assistance / transfers.
• Medication reminders and safety checks.
• Build relationships and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Previous home health or patient care welcomed, but training provided.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Commitment to quality, present, and reliable care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Deliver patient care as you would for loved ones.
