Caregiver, Habilitation

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 support at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal prep and personal care.
• Encourage participation in client’s hobbies and community activities.
• Support progress by teaching and celebrating small achievements.
• Collaborate with on-staff nurse and managers for guidance.
• Foster a compassionate, respectful caregiving environment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• One year experience with IDD preferred but not required.
• Paid Apprentice Program: No experience required.
• Ability to work with individuals with autism and other IDDs.
