• 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
• Strong customer focus and adaptability in high-volume settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Empathy, active listening, and patience in service.
• Proficient with multiple systems; attention to detail; Excel.
