In-home personal care and ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers)
Assist with instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meal prep
Measure and document vital signs per care plan
Act as medical escort to appointments and support safe transfers
Assist Rehabilitation team with home exercise programs per care plan
Provide translation services as needed

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Current BLS/First Aid certification
CNA or HHA certification preferred
Bilingual preferred
Must be registered with Home Care Registry before start
CPR/First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred)
