📋 Description

• Provide hands-on ADL care (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers).
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
• Assist as medical escort for transportation.
• Oversee day center activities to ensure safety.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Maintain personal care supplies (incontinence, grooming items).

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA certification or CA CNA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing personal care to seniors.
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire).
