- Provide hands-on personal care for participants at WelbeHealth day center
- Collaborate with IDT and center teams to support participants
- Support activities, appointments, rehab, and center programs
- Ensure participant safety on the day center floor
- Assist with meals and feeding when needed
- Manage and restock personal care supplies
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HHA certification or California CNA preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in senior personal care
- CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire)
