Provide hands-on personal care with ADLs for WelbeHealth participants (escort, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, lifting)
Measure and document vital signs as instructed
Act as a medical escort, assisting participants with WelbeHealth transportation
Oversee activity on the day center floor to ensure participant safety
Assist with meal service and feeding when needed
Maintain personal care supplies (incontinence, grooming items)

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
HHA or CNA certification in California preferred
Minimum 1 year experience providing personal care to seniors
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred)
