Provide hands-on personal care for ADLs (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming)
Collaborate with day center teams to support participants
Escort participants and assist transfers and daily activities
Measure and document vital signs as instructed
Act as medical escort for transportation to/from WelbeHealth
Maintain personal care supplies and grooming items

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification of Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant in California preferred
Minimum of one year of experience providing personal care to seniors
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; CPR/First Aid certification upon hire preferred
