Provide hands-on personal care for ADLs (escort, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry) and lifting.
Move and lift participants safely; assist with transfers.
Escort participants to and from WelbeHealth transportation.
Monitor day center activity to ensure participant safety.
Help with meals and feeding; maintain supplies.
Coordinate with departments/IDT for care planning and activities.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certification of HHA or CNA in California preferred.
Minimum of one year experience providing personal care to seniors.
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; CPR/First Aid on hire preferred.
