Provide hands-on personal care for participants in WelbeHealth day centers (ADLs).
Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
Serve as a medical escort, assisting participants with WelbeHealth transportation.
Oversee day center activity to ensure participant safety.
Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
Maintain personal care supplies (incontinence, grooming items).

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
HHA or CNA certification in California preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience providing personal care to seniors.
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; hire preferred.
