Provide hands-on personal care with ADLs (escort, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming)
Measure and document vital signs as instructed
Act as a medical escort for WelbeHealth transportation
Oversee day center floor to assure participant safety
Assist with meal service and feeding when needed
Maintain personal care supplies (incontinence, grooming)

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
HHA certification or CA CNA preferred
Minimum 1 year of senior care experience
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days (preferred at hire)
