- Hands-on in-home care for ADLs per plan
- Assist with Instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, meals
- Measure and document vital signs as instructed
- Transport participants to medical appointments and assist transfers
- Support rehab team with home exercise programs
- Provide translation services as needed
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- BLS/First Aid certification required
- CNA or HHA certification preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Registered with Home Care Registry prior to start
- CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire)
