📋 Description

• Provide hands-on ADL care to WelbeHealth participants.
• Escort participants and assist with transfers and mobility.
• Monitor and document vital signs per instructions.
• Act as a medical escort for WelbeHealth transportation.
• Oversee day center safety and participant activities.
• Support meals and assist feeding when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CA HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of senior care experience.
• CA Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.
