Provide hands-on personal care to participants, including ADLs and transfer assistance.
Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
Act as a medical escort for transportation of participants.
Oversee day center activities to ensure participant safety.
Assist with meals and feeding; maintain personal care supplies.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in California preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience providing personal care to seniors.
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; CPR/First Aid preferred on hire.
