📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care for ADLs (escort, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers).
• Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
• Serve as a medical escort for participants using WelbeHealth transportation.
• Oversee day center activity to ensure participant safety.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Maintain and stock personal care supplies and incontinence items.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA or CNA certification in California preferred.
• At least 1 year of senior care experience.
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days (preferred at hire).
