Provide hands-on personal care with ADLs (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming)
Escort participants and assist with safe transfers
Measure and document vital signs as instructed
Act as medical escort for WelbeHealth transportation
Oversee day center safety and participant wellbeing
Assist with meal service and feeding when needed

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
HHA or CNA (CA) certification preferred
1+ year of experience in senior personal care
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days (preferred)
