📋 Description

• Collaborate with departments and participants at day centers.
• Provide hands-on personal care and assist with ADLs.
• Escort participants to medical appointments and activities.
• Oversee day-center activity to ensure safety.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Maintain personal care supplies and grooming items.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA certification or California CNA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing personal care to seniors.
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire).
