Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs at participants' homes.
• Work a stable full-time schedule with assigned participants.
• Visit 2-5 patients daily; shifts add up to 8 hours.
• Act as a medical escort to appointments as needed.
• Support rehab home exercise programs per IDT care plan.
• Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Current BLS/First Aid Certification required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry before start date.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred).
