Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs.
Assist with Instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, and meal prep.
Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
Act as a medical escort for appointments and assist with safe transfers.
Support Rehabilitation team by carrying out home exercise programs per care plan.
Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/First Aid Certification required.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date.
Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred.
