Provide hands-on personal care and ADLs in participants' homes
Assist participants with instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meals
Measure and document vital signs as instructed
Act as a medical escort to appointments; support safe transfers
Assist Rehabilitation team with home exercise programs per care plan
Provide translation services as needed

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Current BLS/First Aid cert
CNA or HHA certification preferred
Bilingual preferred
Must be registered with Home Care Registry before start
Obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days; maintain certification
