Provide hands-on personal care and ADLs in participants' homes.
Assist with Instrumental ADLs, including light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and meal prep.
Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
Act as medical escort to appointments and support safe transfers.
Assist Rehabilitation team with home exercise programs per IDT care plan.
Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Current BLS/First Aid certification
CNA or HHA certification preferred
Bilingual preferred
Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date
CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire (preferred)
