- Assist with IADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, and meals.
- Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
- Serve as a medical escort to appointments; support safe transfers.
- Carry out home exercise programs per IDT care plan after training.
- Provide translation services as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current BLS/First Aid certification required.
- CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date.
- CPR/First Aid within 180 days; maintain certification.
