- Provide hands-on personal care for ADLs (escort, toileting, bathing, dressing).
- Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
- Act as medical escort, assist with boarding/exiting WelbeHealth transport.
- Oversee day center floor to ensure participant safety.
- Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
- Maintain personal care supplies (incontinence, grooming items).
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HHA or CNA in California (CA) preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in personal care for seniors
- CA Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days (preferred on hire)
