- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs at clients' homes.
- Assist with instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meals.
- Act as a medical escort to medical appointments.
- Support Rehabilitation team by carrying out home exercise programs per care plan.
- Provide translation services as needed.
- Work full-time visiting 2-5 patients daily with an 8-hour day.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Current BLS/First Aid certification required.
- CNA or HHA certification preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date.
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred.
