Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care and ADLs to participants in their homes.
• Assist with Instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meals.
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
• Act as medical escort to appointments and help transfers.
• Support Rehabilitation team with home exercise programs per care plan.
• Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS/First Aid certification required
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date
