• Deliver career development learning and advisory services to graduates.
• Offer 1:1 consultations and workshops to optimise CV, LinkedIn and GitHub.
• Facilitate mock interviews and interview preparation for graduates.
• Provide high‑quality review/feedback on bootcamp tasks.
• Track graduate outcomes and weekly regional job boards.
• Manage applicant leads and promote profiles to employer partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years interviewing experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• 2+ years advising/coaching in Careers in Higher Education.
• Ability to work under pressure with targets.
• Understanding of the technical recruitment market.
• Outstanding CRM reporting skills.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
